During the course of the training program, we carry out quality surveys to ensure that all the participants are always engaged and focused. We also send monthly attendance rate reports to the person in charge of the training, so that your organization can follow up each participants' attendance rate.
Having regular meetings with HR managers or those in charge of the program allows us to stay in tune with the organizations' specific needs and monitor the progress of the participants, making changes to the program or adapting it whenever it is necessary. We also have regular coordination meetings to keep all our instructors updated about any changes to the program and also as part of an ongoing professional development process that we keep in order to continuously improve our teaching practice and methodology awareness.
