practice-examIn our corporative training programs we apply a three-tiered evaluation method based on (1) the participants' individual performances in the program, (2) individual TOEIC targets and (3) attendance rate. The performance in the training program is evaluated not only through tests, but also through written projects and oral presentations. The participants of a training program are constantly being evaluated and the evaluation tools are adapted to their professional needs. 

The post-TOEIC is applied at the end of the program and the participants' scores are used to measure their improvement and to set new target scores. Attendance rates and individual performances are also taken into account so as to have an even more balanced picture of the participants' overall contribution and performance in the training program.

At the end of each program we provide our clients with detailed information about each participant's performance and we give each participant an individual performance report showing their progress during the training process.
