We offer oral and written assessment in English for companies that are selecting candidates for a job which demands a good command of the language. We use a six levels' scale to measure each candidate's performance individually and we produce a detailed report with approximately 200 words about their language skills. This scale was carefully developed in accordance with international proficiency tests, such as TOEIC and IELTS. By using such scale we are able to provide our clients with a clear understanding of what each candidate can do and/or how long it will take to achieve the necessary level for the position.
- Oral Assessment
The Oral Assessment consists in a short interview carried out either face-to-face or via Skype in which we assess the candidates' fluency, vocabulary, organization, adequacy and pronunciation. The topic and questions asked in the interview are related to the candidates' professional experience and educational background as well as the position they are applying for. We send you the report within 48 hours after the interview.
- Written Assessment
The Written Assessment consists in a short essay in which the candidates have to write about a specific topic either face-to-face or via e-mail. In this case we assess the candidates' text organization, naturality, objectivity, grammar and vocabulary. The topic of each essay is chosen in accordance to the candidates' professional experience and educational background as well as the position they are applying for. We send you the report within 48 hours after the essay has been handed in.
